Lake Report:
May 3, 2010
Fishing is good right now from dam to dam. The water temperature varies between 60 and 68 degrees which puts the males on the bank and most of the females staging in 4 to 8 feet of water. Crappie are being caught with almost every technique but the most perductive colors are blue ice and white/char. On the lower end of the lake dock shooting is still good were on the upper end of the lake slow trolling and long lining are good. The crappie that have already spawned are moving to open water where the crank bait bite is starting to heat up.
